Update:
So good news, bad news, good news, I dunno news time!

Good news-
My finger is not broken.
Bad news-
The bone was bruised pretty bad and my joint is swollen. I have to wear a splint for three days straight and off and on for a week (like when I sleep). So I can't really do art (or type quickly XD) for three days at least. I'm still gonna try >>; But no promises.
Good news-
My other finger is fine! There's a bump in the joint near the finger but it's more or less scar tissue from dislocating it. Whew.
I dunno news-
The worker's comp -SHOULD- cover the bill. So that could be good. If it doesn't, I don't have insurance so it'll fall on me. I'll keep everyone posted on that. :3 Thanks everyone!

So in July, I did something to my left index finger. I thought it was just a sprain and for a few days I wore a finger splint. It doesn't hurt now, but I can feel something out of place. I can still move it and it's not gotten in my way so I ignored it. I probably shouldn't have, but I did since I'm no longer covered by insurance and let's face it- I make minimum wage and I work part-time. So last night God gave me a rough shove towards the doctor's office. I slammed my right ring finger in the cooler door. Cooler doors at DQ are thick, heavy, metal things. It's swollen pretty badly, cut in four places, and the joint's stiff and painful when I try to move it. I made an appointment to go in and get it looked at today. Workman's comp should cover at least the troublesome one, I don't know about my left hand. We'll see how it goes and I'll update when I get back.

So what's this mean? Well thankfully most my commissions are done to the point that they've been paid for. I'm waiting on payment for two of them before finishing so it's not a huge deal. I may have to put things on hold if my finger is broken, right now it hurts to hold a pencil or a tablet so I've not tried. Please be patient with me whatever happens, and any prayers would be appreciated. I really don't want to get back into debt. XD;
